I can't update my balance on the app, it has to be done on a machine. It was so difficult trying to work out how to load funds in the first place.

I used to keep logged-in to my account and suddenly I was logged-out out of nowhere. Unfortunately I could not logging-on to my account again till today... the notification always says either wrong password or check your connection. Even though i entered correct password and have stable internet connection
