Using the Ideagen EHS OnSite Kiosk app, it's easy to access sites with QR codes!
Simplify Site Access: Using the Ideagen EHS OnSite Kiosk, gone are the days of workers, or visitors requiring a mobile device, NFC card, or even a constant internet connection to sign into work sites. Using just a QR code, workers can effortlessly tap-in and out of sites, making the entire process smoother and more efficient than ever before. Visitors simply fill in a form with their details and agree to any required conditions to enter a site. The person they’re visiting is then notified via email. Their details and the time they spend on site are logged for reporting purposes. Streamline Health and Safety Compliance: Ideagen EHS OnSite Kiosk goes beyond mere sign-ins – it's your gateway to ensuring site compliance in real-time. By scanning the QR code, the app instantly verifies if the worker meets the site requirements set out by you and if not, their access is denied. Allow workers to enter site by scanning a personalised QR code. No mobile phone or NFC cards required. Great for remote sites as constant internet connection is not required. Demonstrate compliance by setting up declaration messages that workers must acknowledge before entering a site. Advises workers if entry is permitted based on requirements set out by site administrators. Synchronises with the OnSite Desktop module. Information flows from Contractor, Induction and Training modules seamlessly. Visitors can quickly enter their details to enter and exit sites. Visitors can easily search for the person they’re visiting. Visitors can be required to agree to conditions of entry.
