this is a useless app and as far as the people go who run it need to work out what they are sending to people & what for just useless
This company has a terrible habit of just ignoring it's customers. you request a pickup and then they refuse to actually pick anything up and reschedule it. This has happened about 4 to 5 times in a row and all that happens is they say "new pickup scheduled". I emailed them about it and they don't even answer. would not recommend to anyone.
Don't bother... Two failed pick-ups in a row. At this rate it's far easier to manually drop off the bottles at the collection point

App doesn't work. Won't sign in, keeps closing. You need to fix your app!!
The app doesn't open. Stays on a screen with the R in the middle. Or just goes black. Been like this for a few days now. Didn't even get a notification to say our collection had been picked up.
the fact I had to go through the whole process of bagging everything up and labelling it with my account ID- wasting about an hour of my time... just for it to say you don't service my area????? you need a better system
Their drivers steal your bottles for their own benefit. Take incorrect photos of your bags and say they weren't labelled. I've tried calling, emailing and even messaging on social media with 0 response from this company. I highly recommend you do not use this service.

The service received was very professional
Currently can't make an account because it's forcing a 0 at the beginning of my phone number.
