I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS APP STILL HAVE BUGS ,Very Disappointed 😡I Tried 3 different Prepaid card Code Manually in the Setar App Just Now,😱and it keeps telling me, Scratch Number is used/ Wrong Code Entered, Check Your Code and try again. Meanwhile You go to the Old School system going to Phone and Dial *136# With Prepaid card Code, And it worked Perfectly 👌🏾 Like Always 👍🏾. I Finally I Got My Two 25Afl and One 10Afl 🏆OLD SCHOOL ALWAYS WINS🏆

We suffered a glitch but it is now fixed. Be sure to update to the latest version and re-login. Let our customer care team know at support@setarcode.aw if you continue to face problems.

There must be a UPDATE for reimburstment. I buy data in 20 or 40 minutes i cant reimburst. It happened like 6 to 7 times already. Please update the app.

Hi. You can only reimburse a purchase if the bundle wasn't used (50 MB limit) or if in 3 hours and the bundle is intact. You can always contact our Contact Center for issues regarding purchases.
I lost 40fl trying to buy roaming data, I bought one on the 23rd of August and the 24th of August of this year. I only received the one on the 23rd but never received the one on the 24th. And this is not the first time I've dealt with something like this, a few months back I lost almost 25 trying to buy one data bundle of 5fl on pay.aw . I tried 4/5 times. It's only when I realise I was just giving away money is when I decided to stop. Please fix it cause These are people's hard earned money.

Thought to have bought 27GB data for awg. 15.00 (28/12/23) for three day, but only got 3GB. Lost awg. 10.00. SETAR at best. (5642794)

Hi. If you have problems with a purchase you can contact our Contact Center by calling 139 or by sending an email to customercare@setar.aw. The data bundle you bought is 9GB for 3 days (3GB per day).
