Track income and expenses fast with budgets, charts, a calendar and accounts
Expense Tracker Pro is a money manager that lets you record income and expenses in seconds and see where your money goes with category charts, a calendar and budgets — including how much you can still spend this month. No account or sign-up is needed, and nothing is linked to your bank or cards: it is a simple expense tracker you fill in yourself. KEY FEATURES ■ Fast entry Type the amount on a calculator keypad (+ − × ÷). The entry screen opens with your last category selected and suggests the notes you use most, so logging a purchase takes a few taps. "Save and continue" enters several receipts in a row, and you can undo right after saving. Save the payments you repeat — lunch, bus fare — as favorites and record them with one tap from the home screen. ■ Home at a glance This month's spending, remaining budget, how much you can spend per day, income and balance, and whether you are spending more or less than at the same point last month. ■ History and calendar Switch between a list with daily totals and a calendar showing each day's spending and income. ■ Charts and reports Spending by category as a donut chart, monthly income and expense bars, comparison with the previous month or year, daily average and yearly totals. ■ Budgets Set a monthly budget overall and per category, and get a notification when an entry takes you past 80% or 100%. To match your payday, the month can start on any day from the 1st to the 28th. ■ Categories your way Starts with 20 expense and 7 income categories. Rename, recolor, add, reorder or hide them, with no limit. ■ Accounts and transfers As many accounts as you like — cash, bank, credit card, e-money and more. Balances update with every entry, and transfers between accounts are recorded too. ■ Recurring entries Record rent, salary and other regular items automatically: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or at custom intervals. ■ Search and receipt photos Search by note, category or amount, and filter by type, account, period and amount range. Attach up to 3 photos to each entry. ■ Widgets and Quick Settings A monthly summary widget, a 1×1 quick-add widget, and a Quick Settings tile that opens the entry screen. A daily reminder at the time you choose keeps the habit going. ■ Backup, CSV and trash Export your data to a file and restore it; automatic backup saves to a folder you choose daily. Export and import CSV. Deleted entries stay in the trash for 30 days. ■ App lock and display Protect the app with fingerprint, face or your screen lock. Light and dark themes, your choice of currency, tablet layouts and 37 languages. PREMIUM FEATURES ■ Subscription manager: see what your recurring payments cost per month and per year. Get notified before a payment (same day to 7 days ahead) and before a free trial ends; payments are recorded in your ledger automatically. ■ Savings goals: any number of goals, with progress and the amount needed per month to reach the target date. ■ Net worth: assets, liabilities and net worth with a 12-month trend. Adjust an account to its real balance or record the value of investments and property. ■ Utility bills: record electricity, gas and water bills with usage, and compare unit price and the same month last year. ■ Color themes: 5 accent colors. PRICING Everything for day-to-day tracking — entries, categories, accounts and transfers, charts, budgets, recurring entries, search, receipt photos, widgets, backup and CSV — works without buying anything, with no limit on categories, accounts or time. Premium is unlocked with a single one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. DATA AND PERMISSIONS Your entries are stored on your device. No account is needed, your ledger is not sent to our servers, and the app does not connect to banks or cards. Only crash information is sent automatically to help fix bugs. The notification permission is used for reminders and budget alerts.
