I miss the old app. this one hasn't loaded the weekly ad in months but it is easier to check and redeem my points. annoying that I still have to go to the website to look at the ad though.
I like that you don't have to use all your points at once
so far I've found only 1 of the marked digital coupons out after 20 plus. not easy to use. I'll probably uninstall the app if I can't use it easily. which should be the point.
adjusting to change at my age (70) is hard and learning new things takes a lot of time. The new Rays app was a fairly easy transition.
need to do some maintenance around the store ,in and out doors , pavement, very rough, and guard rails, !
Trouble signing in!
Clunky. Terrible categorization. Tags in store do not match what is available in the app.
None of the features work properly. Items added to the shopping list don't show up in the list. Clipped coupons rarely ring up. About the only useful feature is reviewing the weekly ads but without the list feature working you have to write a list manually or rely on your memory. Overall I find it an unfortunate waste of time.
Terrible app. Not user friendly and unable to figure it out. Need written instructions at checkout to help customers out.
I am having trouble staying logged on it kicks me off when I try to look at my rewards and coupons
