I got a new phone after my old one broke. I forgot my password so I go to reset it but I never got the reset email that I needed. if there's someone that I can get into touch with that would be a great help.

everytime I log in I press the remember me box, and it's yet to keep me logged in. had to repeat this process everytime so why even have that as a feature if it doesn't work

Thank you so much for your feed back. Can you please help us to narrow it down a bit? If you choose to log out, it intentionally forgets who you are. But if you close the app from the android tray or reboot your phone, when you launch the app again, it should launch as if you are logged in.
