This app spams local Facebook groups with Fake Profiles. They don't have a legit base of contractors to bid on leads. They have contacted our company many times directly trying to get us to bid. If they had a reliable base they wouldn't be desperately trying to get us on board.

as an electrician this is awful, there are way too many variables to quote by picture over the phone. pricing will ALWAYS error on the higher cost. a true visit to the jobsite is almost absolutely needed for licensed trades for pricing to be accurate and fair. the idea is nice on paper only. also the state of texas does not allow plumbing, hvac,and electrical to work without the proper contractor license. handymen doing electrical is illegal. you should probably do better at vetting workers 🙄

This app is pretty easy to use and navigate. I think the developers need to make it mandatory that home owners looking for service to provide more critical information of their project request. for example in the Electrical field customers will post requests like ( EV charger installation needed , but they don't post a picture of their Electrical panel, no info on size of their service, no info on the brand of panel, no info on whether the panel has spaces to accommodate the required breakers
