SuperField is the crew app of SuperRoute Field Service, for companies that serve properties on a schedule: lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, pool care, pest control and any other recurring work. The crew leader signs in and sees the day's routes: • ROUTES — today's routes with every stop on a map, in the order to drive them, with directions to each property • STOPS — the services due at the property, the crew instructions and the property plan; record each service as done, no access or failed, with a note • PHOTOS — take the photos the office asks for, before the stop can be closed • SIGNATURE — the customer signs on the screen, or the crew records that the customer was absent and why • MORE WORK — add a service from the contract, or record work outside the contract with its price for the office to confirm • EARLIER VISITS — the property's last five visits with their outcomes, notes and photos • GPS — from Start route to End route the app records the location, so the office sees when the crew arrived and left each property • CREW — mark who is on the crew and clock in and out Made for work outside: • Works without a connection: everything recorded waits on the phone and is sent, in order, when the connection returns • Large buttons and clear states for gloves and sunlight • Available in 14 languages: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Serbian SuperField works with a SuperRoute account that has Field Service.
