Run the walk-in waitlist at the host stand: the queue with waits and quotes, notifying and seating parties, the tables, the day's bookings and the manager's overview. Visitor mode lets guests join the list themselves; manager mode opens with a manager's own e-mail and password.

SuperBooking is the host stand tablet of SuperRoute Reservations, for restaurants and any venue that seats guests: it runs the walk-in queue during service, next to the tables and the day's bookings. At the stand: • QUEUE — every waiting party in arrival order with its size, how long it has waited and the wait it was quoted; parties past their quote stand out • CALL AND SEAT — notify a party that its table is ready, seat it at a table, skip it or remove it, each in one tap; drag the queue into another order when needed • TABLES — every table with its state: free, seated, or held for a booking that is about to arrive. A table an upcoming booking needs is never offered to a walk-in • BOOKINGS — the day's bookings, a booking taken over the telephone, and any booking found by code, name or number • OVERVIEW — the evening on one screen for the manager: parties and guests waiting, the longest and average wait, free tables and the next arrivals • LIVE — every tablet at the venue and the web console show the same queue at the same moment; a chime sounds when somebody else changes it Made for the front door: • Visitor mode: guests see the queue and can join it themselves; surnames are shortened, telephone numbers, notes and the tables are hidden • Manager mode is opened with the manager's own e-mail and password and closes by itself after one minute without a touch • Keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops: the last board stays on screen and walk-ins taken offline are sent when the connection returns • Available in 14 languages, and a guest can switch the tablet to their own language for a moment SuperBooking works with a SuperRoute account that has Reservations.
