Lucent turns your home screen into a sheet of glass. The live camera view fills the background and your app icons float on top, so the phone looks transparent. Swipe, and the icons ripple like the surface of a pond. SEE THROUGH YOUR PHONE • The rear or front camera is drawn behind your icons in real time • Camera frames are shown on screen only — never recorded, stored or uploaded • Switch the see-through background off any time to save battery EFFECTS • Water: swipe to stir the icons; they ride the waves and settle again • Float: icons drift gently on the surface • Tilt: icons shift in 3D as you move the phone • Six looks: Clear, Dim, Warm, Cool, Mono and Frost A LAUNCHER, NOT JUST A TOY • Every installed app, on pages you swipe sideways or in one long scrolling grid • Long-press to move icons; drop one app on another to make a folder • Folders are named after the app's category — Photo & Video, Games, Finance… • Auto-organize files every app into the right folder and keeps new installs sorted • Pull down to search your apps • 3 to 6 columns, adjustable icon size, labels on or off • Optional: use Lucent as your default home screen • 13 languages PRIVACY Lucent has no account and no server. The only third parties are Google Play Billing for purchases and Google Mobile Ads for optional ads. Float, Tilt, the four extra looks and auto-organize can be tried for 24 hours after a short ad, or unlocked for good with Premium (weekly, monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase). Premium also removes ads. Lucent uses the camera and, for the Tilt effect, the motion sensor. Camera preview increases battery use; turn it off in Settings when you don't need it.
