Voicemail is terrible, constantly having to unlock it.
This app is so limited in what I can do with my account. I wish I could uninstall this app, but I cannot. So, I disabled it because the ONLY way I ever log in to my account will always be via the full website. Apps are for people who don't want to use the full functionality of the full website. I am not an app person - I see them as wasted time and effort, because I always end up annoyed by their limitations.
Worst ever made things more complicated like Consumer Cellular didn't want to be bothered with any questions we had. Please go back to old app.

Just switched over from AT&T bill is going down from $105. to $43. a month. Customer service was very helpful and polite. So far service seems good.
