House dossier, tenders, location check, funding and the forum since 2004.
A construction project without a clear overview costs money: missed deadlines, a contractor without a comparative quote, a heat pump without subsidies. Haus-Forum brings together your home dossier, commission-free tenders, location checks, subsidies, a mortgage calculator, sustainability tools, and Switzerland's largest construction community in one app. HOUSE DOSSIER Create your property with all its components and keep track of maintenance, deadlines, and costs. HOUSE DOSSIER – Maintenance plan with Swiss templates for heating, fireplace, electrical systems, and more – Deadlines with reminders to ensure nothing is forgotten – Photograph receipts, have them automatically scanned, and categorize them as maintenance or value-enhancing for tax purposes – Documents in one place – Building certificate as a PDF, for when you sell, rent, or a bank requires it – Value history of your house at a glance – Sharing with third parties, such as architects or contractors TENDERS WITHOUT A BROKERAGE COMMISSION Post your project and let companies from the directory find you. – Guided questions for each trade instead of blank text fields – Status tracking of your tender – Evaluation after project completion – What you pay is the company's price, no additional commission LOCATION CHECK Taxes, electricity prices, radon, noise, and water costs for every Swiss municipality – for comparison, no account required. BUILDING APPLICATIONS AND BUILDING APPLICATION ALERT See what's currently open for public comment in your municipality while the objection period is still running. The Building Appeal alert notifies you by email as soon as any applications matching your keywords are posted in your area – free with an account. MORTGAGE CALCULATOR Check your affordability according to bank regulations and compare mortgages from multiple lenders before your bank appointment. SUBSIDIES FINDER Federal, cantonal, and municipal programs, with application rates and sources – before you apply, not after. VALUE CHECK Before selling, see what's still worthwhile and what you should disclose – documented instead of estimated, without market valuation. SUSTAINABILITY Solar check, heating system comparison, and renovation roadmap show you the true cost of a heat pump and your canton's requirements. COMPANY DIRECTORY Businesses in your region, sorted by trade and radius, with references and direct contact information. FOR BUSINESS OWNERS Business listing, advertising space, and media data for tradespeople – all prices published. FORUM SINCE 2004 Over 258,000 posts from people who have built, renovated, or managed their own homes. MAGAZINE Expert articles and guides with Swiss figures, sources, and current status – regularly updated instead of just written once. PRACTICAL APP FEATURES – Push notifications for deadlines and forum replies – Document scanner for receipts and documents – App lock with Face ID or fingerprint Haus-Forum is the native app of the platform haus-forum.ch, which receives around 300,000 visitors every 30 days.
