I couldn't get product to work with an s24 ultra which is strange given it's a flagship of Samsung. also their BIP 85 implementation is basically useless you can't use the index generated seed for anything it just gives you the seed words not super useful at least not differentiating in any way. poor product design and poor support

We are sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with support@bitbox.swiss, we will be happy to troubleshoot and find a solution. Also kindly include your desired use case for BIP-85 that you find missing in the email. The BIP-85 mnemonics are meant to power additional BitBoxes or third party wallets, but we are happy to get concrete feedback.

There is something wrong with the ETH display as it is showing 19 decimal places when there are only 8. Why is an apostrophe still used as the thousands separator? I'd like an option to change it to a comma.
Developer reply
Thanks for your feedback. Thousands separator is Swiss-style. We started with it initially as commas can be ambiguous depending on your locale - in some countries, comma is the decimal separator, not the thousands separator. ETH has up to 18 decimal places (while Bitcoin has up to 8). If you see 19 instead of 18 or less, please contact support.
