its very bad it was my first time intrection with habib 1st impression is the last impression i order from jeddah and delivery partner of habib calling me from riyadh to deliver my order even company dont know the guest ordering from where they just accept the order really too bad nahdi i think is more better than habib

sometimes, it's not authentic! after accepting the order and taking the money , you'll be surprised by changing the date and time احيانا، لايعتمد عليهم! يقبلوا الطلب، ويسحبوا المبلغ، ثم يفاجئونك بتغيير تاريخ التوصيل او الوقت!

خدمة ضعيفة وسيئة رغم وجود ادوية وخيارات واسعه لكن خدمة التوصيل ضعيفة جدا ومتأخرة ويتم الغاء الطلب بشكل مستمر ومتأخر وغريب . لا انصح به .

خدمة من أسوأ ماتكون لا تأتي من صيدلية مغمورة وليس صيدلية بإسم الحبيب طلبت دواء من التطبيق وحددت موعد التوصيل من ١٠ مساءا ل ١٢ منتصف الليل وبعدما فضلت جالس انتظر كل ده لا وصلوا الطلب ولا ردو على المكالمات ولا خدمة عملاء محترمة بترد على الواتس اب ولا المندوب المعين للتوصيل بيرد فقط كلها رسائل آلية عقيمة بدون أي رد مفيد.. التشغيل صفر خدمة العملاء صفر الاحترافية صفر الذوق واحترام الموعد صفر تحمل المسؤولية تجاه المريض اللي وثق فيكم وجالس منتظر علاجه من عندكم صفررررر

no support for medicine delivery. operator said 2 days required for medicine delivery, orgo to medocal centre for medicine. prescription was taken with online consultation. if i have to collect medicine myself and that is from the hospital only then what is purpose of online consultation?
