Useless app. I can never scan it at the store, the staff doesn't even know how it works. They never ask if you have the app. When you clickbon the 'scan membership' on the shops payment screen, it doesn't work. Why have an app?
Failed to fetch pass to add loyalty pass to Google Wallet. Please fix it.
my local dumpling chef was having a promotion for $5 off on first order by the app. I was grabbing lunch and thought I'd try it out. I downloaded the app, registered, ordered but couldn't get any discount. I cancelled my order, deleted the app and ordered at the store next door. then I wrote this review.
Tried ordering with the app but there's a $35 bank surcharge??? Update: Turns out the bank surcharge for the Victoria Gardens store is set at 100x the normal rate. What's supposed to be a $0.35 surcharge becomes $35 instead.

This app doesn't work as it should and bank charges are double the check out amount. So you're being charge 3 times the order you placed. That's frigging ridiculous!!!! Do not use the app!!!
