keep getting text messages for a gift tap and get it after the top up. But there's nothing. It's a joke. The customer service after chatting to a bot for 20 minutes, told me to update my app, but I already have the latest version. That's a joke of the most expensive mobile service in the EU.

The worst service ever. They announce an “offer” 50Gb for €0.90, but the minimum amount they allow you to pay top up is €14. I paid €16, and they immediately took almost all the money for their services and left me with €0.06. So now I cannot even buy their €0.90 “offer”! I paid €16 to get a €0.90 offer and ended up with 6 cents and no offer. The worst mobile service I have ever dealt with.

Απαράδεκτο! Αγορά esim κάρτας και να χρειαστεί να πάω στην Ελλάδα να ενεργοποίησω τον αριθμό μου. Πολύ απογοητευμένος!!!

It steals my money, this happened twice now and I l've spent 42 euros in a week. Trying to activate data package for 13,30. I charge 14 euros, open app and then it's suddenly 12,70. So I need to charge 14 euro again. When I was charging again it dropped down to 10 euro. Tried contacting support, but bot is in Greek. If I am not refunded, I will switch operator and warn others that this is a scam. Update, I tried to contact trough link. But can't get passed the bot. it also ate my last 8€

Awful.. I hate Nova but I need the phone for my bank. The thieves they take the money every 30 days regardless if you use the phone.
