this app is fantastic! I use it to track bathroom accidents in my preschool classroom. The only reason I've rated it 4 stars instead of five is that it could really use a toggle to include/exclude weekends.

good but could use more features
all the other counting days apps have all the motivation and goals and tracking but I feel like that gives you even more pressure to keep going/maintain restraint. this app is perfect because it's automatic, simple and has no goals or important matters for you to fulfill daily, it only counts the days and still, it's amazing. thank you, 42 days and still going.

this app makes me feel so happy when I can see my progress I got it from a friend and I've used it since my self harm journey has been so much easier and as I watch the number go up the more the restarts go down

this app has been so helpful on my self harm journey and with my mental struggles. it also has been helping with remembering to eat (which i often forget!) you can track setbacks/relapses with exact dates and times and it has milestones, notes, and motivators. i LOVEEE it sm and would definitely reccomend!
