app experience is good so far, but in regards to the recent PIN reset issue, i'd like to suggest just using otp or biometric login instead of PIN because i dont want to have to remember another PIN number.

My account has been suspended despite my not having committed any violations. I was accused of making frequent cancellations, creating multiple accounts on a single device, maintaining more than one Fore Coffee account, extended inactivity, and violating the terms and conditions. Considering that I place orders regularly and have been a loyal Fore Plan Signature member for over a year, I am deeply disappointed by Fore's decision.
