We are required to have this by Hilton. I have never been alerted by anything on this app. It was hard to get it set up but now it is and still nothing. I don't know what it is supposed to alert me to either. It really just takes up space on my phone that Hilton doesn't pay for, whatever... As long as Hilton gets what they want...

Required by Hilton but ever since this app changed from what it was years ago it has never worked and Hilton support has had no answers

In these cases, you would need to work with your employer directly to ensure your Konexus credentials are set up correctly. Hilton requires this for QA points. Its nearly impossible to get this app connected with authorized hilton account. All the 5 star reviews look completely fake.
