I've been using ARI for about 3 years now. I started as a mechanic with tools in his truck, and have evolved into a fully fledged mobile mechanic business. I originally didn't care about any features and just wanted a place to keep my invoices. However, as I started to shoulder more responsibility on the business/service writer end of it, I discovered ARI has a feature for everything I need. canned jobs, labor rates, markup, ect. ARI has saved me thousands of dollars.

Awesome shop management software with included diagnostics help part and labor guides.
Very good suite of software and thoughtful integrations. I am greatful for ARI - I found them at the beginning on my mobile automotive companies beginnings and jeeze did it take the guess work out of allot of processes for me. I would like to see them streamline the app more to be simpler - however they have packed a ton of value into this app! they constantly are updating and respond quickly to feedback and recommendations that usually show up on the next update!

It's amazing to see the progress ARI has made in the last few years from a basic shop management system; they have brought it to the elite level, and they always work on improvements. Well done guys!
