Let me start by saying what an absolute star Evan from the team was in helping me out on a Saturday afternoon, when an emergency cropped up and I needed to reschedule, but without me even asking he said they would not charge me any fees though they were in their right to and he helpfully made sure I was rescheduled. The App is very simple to follow and the technicians they work with who carry out the actual service are brilliant. I'm in North London and Roman popped over. What a gentleman and he
