seriously a bad app, no helpful support, they ask you a pick up slot and don't come in that time slot the explanation (it's just for confirmation not the final time in which pick will be done) or best yet (our guy is in other side of town and will reach you Tommorow). worst app i have ever come across. you can't even be sure if they will do a timely drop off.
not washing clothes properly , not removing dirt from collar and border of clothes
pathetic, no response on calls and delay in services. would not recommend.
NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT THIS PLACE. They are fraudulent people including Priyanka who is the manager of this laundry, as they charge extra money (101 INR) in the name of service charge which is nothing but porter charges EVEN FOR WALK-IN CUSTOMERS also. After enquiring about this, they agreed for a refund and from the next day they stopped picking my call. Please save your hard earned money from these fraud people and opt for some better laundry. There are better options available in the area.
