Refuses to work with password manager and will not copy paste either. Apps that behave like this shouldn't exist.
They need to hire a better firm to design their app. This app is amateur hour quality. and they need to be a better place to deal with. if it wasn't for the fact I have to use them through my work I would never use this company.
Zero Star, The worst and most disgusting app and website in the world.
Email should be an option to get photos from. The app does not allow files that are saved to device on an android from outlook.
too many slow downs or errors..sometimes it works to submit claims and sometimes it doesn't..its been very frustrating. I hope it changes soon.
WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! I won't get into all the specifics about how poorly they offer any claims coverage benefit details, but every single time you access the app it won't let you because it has to update, EVERY TIME!
cant make claims in the app and always logs me out. Garbage app.
I got the update and now I can't log in.

“Smooth, easy to use, logical and not bogged down with unnecessary redundancy.”
“Colour coding for status of apps, location finder for provider, I can submit claims for multiple people at the same provider without starting all over again.”
A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
