I've used the app for over a year now with the Dimplex hub, 6 Quantum storage heaters and a hot water cylinder, and am pretty happy with it. I don't use the reporting function so can't comment on that, but for general control of the heating and hot water it works well (and is great for controlling the system remotely). It took a bit of time to work out the best position for the hub itself (which communicates with the heaters using RF rather than wifi) but once that was sorted it's been fine.

Whether this is a problem with the app, the hub, or whatever I don't know, the effect is still the same - which is that my heaters fail to connect. Given that the whole point of the app is to control the heaters remotely it kind of makes it useless.
useless! app won't even load! I've uninstalled and reinstalled and all I get is the loading screen!
Based on my experience (with a mix of storage/panel radiators) the app is now stable, and works relatively well for a limited feature set. The ecosystem lacks the ability to integrate with anything external (Google Home / IFTT / Home Assistant), which is the biggest disappointment. It's also not the most intuitive, especially with economy 7 where you get more data on the radiators. Once you get your head around it it's not as bad as you might get the impression from many of the older reviews.
Used to be good, but they recently updated this app and now it will no longer tell me my energy use.
What an awful product. Slow, difficult to control, repeated times the app says it cannot connect to the panel heater. It DOES NOT allow me to send schedules to the heaters, even though it "confirms" it saved. I have 8 heaters and find find them and running at times I don't want. Given the cost of the Hub and each heater require expensive RF control modules. Dimplex need to put some effort in to making the system work. Costing a fortune. It is NO Tado! Sort it out!
Very disappointed in this app - needs much better control of the heaters - some way to check input times etc & ideally some way to download data to pc for analysis of energy use... We were also told there would be a link to weather forecast to adjust input - seems not to be the case..

Awful app. Set a schedule and try and copy it to another day, says saved yet when you go back in still shows the previous settings. So frustrating.

Does not work. Profiles for my panel heaters don't remain saved, keeps reverting back to default settings. Wasted my money buying Dimplex.
