I dont understand why this exists.
ridiculous, being forced to download and register an app just to get an FX20 bathroom heater working, had to drive 5 miles to get a signal to download and added an extra hour to a 10 minute job.
poor app keep discounecting from my heater and very slow ..
The hell you need an account for. Let me just control over bluetooth.
Can't connect my heater
Disappointing. Connects to my PLX heater no problem, reads the GDID and firmware version correctly. But the product configuration screens are all blank, doesn't appear to download any of the settings from the heater. Support link goes to the consumer help pages. So all in all pretty useless for an installer unless I've missed something?
