I am not able to connect to wifi although I am following all instructions and everything seems ok. There are no good instructions in case something geta wrong.

Koppling till Google Assistant utlovas men är omöjligt att få till.
Worse than useless. Dimplex is useless.
I can't connect my heaters to the WiFi via this app.
It's imposibile to connect the heaters.. Its showing....connecting heater..finding heater and in the end i'get the error message unable to connect please contact your administrator bla bla bla ... I have tried with 3 devices to connect all they give the same error message... This app is worthless

As usual would be 0 stars if possible. QR scanner seems to try to use the lowest possible resolution of the camera as it is too blurry to work, manual input gives same result as others "heater found" then "cannot connect" absolute garbage and heaters getting returned, will advise all to stay away.

I have tried to connect with 5 different android phones. All find the heater (heater found message). Then it notify could not connect. The error message is useless as it does not say why it cannot connect. It could say... Location services is not active / could not find wifi network... Or something useful.

I have to log in each time I use the app (about monthly).

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately in our previous two app updates we have had to make some changes that meant users had to log in again. Going forward this should not be an issue. If you notice this again in the next few months please contact us at support@glendimplex.no.
needs google Assistant/home integration! crashes alot!
