Great app
Useless.
The app is generally easy to use with my Dimplex Aspire, but I’ve noticed two issues. First, when switching from app themes to manual mode, the log lights turned off completely and couldn’t be adjusted until I restarted both the fireplace and the app. Second, turning the fan off in the app no longer stops it fully — it only reduces speed. Hopefully these bugs will be fixed in a future update.

App can be finicky at times and be slow to connect. Initial setup was a bit of a hassle but eventually got synced up. Day to day function is relatively solid, although when you press a button on the app, it takes about 3 seconds for the fireplace to respond.

Doesn't cover my chevalier stove
Once again Dimplex give us a new app which on downloading wipes all of the previous apps connections and settings so you have to start again (this has happened at least once before). And to make matters worse it won't connect to my heaters (that are about 5 years old) as it says it doesn't recognise them. I'm now being prompted to contact their helpline. So as it stands, the new app has stopped me having remote access to my storage heaters. Aaaggghhh!
