I have a Samsung S 25 Ultra and my phone will not connect to it? I have tried evey way you can. it connects for a million second then disconnects again dose this over and over again. found the issue my Bluetooth adapter was erupted i factory reset my phone fixed the issue. works really well

Had some issues early with the app not connecting through wifi, it drops out alot and won't reconnect. It has improved but still drops out, at least I can go into the app and manually reconnect. The saving grace here is, at least my setting are saved in the actual brake controller and as far as the actual brake controller, it works wonderfully and the anti sway function takes the worry out of towing. My only advise is to adjust it to suite your set up, I had to back off the sensitivity.

Be carefully nothing hits the override button, in my case it was leaning on a drink container. It destroyed my brakes costing $1800 dollars to replace both assemblies. Not the first person this has happened to. Maybe there should be a audible warning or timer.

😟 Why am I always having to reconnect the EB2 app? It should be 'connect, set and forget' yet unfortunately it's a never-ending source of connection anxiety on my almost new Android 16 mobile. Am I doing something wrong?

The apple app works great but the android version is rubbish. Constant connection issues to the point it's unusable unless you want to spend half your road trip clearing your cache and or reinstalling the app. If you open it on Android Auto it won't work on a split screen so you lose your navigation. I tried multiple phones and ended up getting an old apple phone for free just to use the brake controller.

I've been using Elecbrakes for 18 months or so with an EB2. I already thought it was good, though it sometimes lost connectivity. However things have improved greatly with the new firmware and Sway control. Connectivity is stable and sway control really works. I hit a rough bit of road on a bend and the Elecbrakes quickly went into action and stabilised the caravan. Customer Service is also very helpful and responsive.
