Rhythm-based, high-energy, elevated movement experience
Hype House is an elevated movement experience located in downtown Rehoboth Beach, just steps from the ocean. We offer high-energy group classes held in a boutique-style environment with intimate class sizes, ensuring a personalized and exclusive atmosphere. Our classes are a combination of strength + core + cardio, open to all levels. Private training sessions available upon request. Participants must create a personal profile and complete a digital liability waiver, which requires parental or guardian approval for those under 18. Due to limited class availability, advanced sign-up is highly recommended.
