Compounding needs at least one compounding cycle. For very short tenures, banks use simple interest. even other points where Simple Interest is used in Fixed deposits: monthly FD, Premature FD withdrawal, Short-term Fixed Deposits, correct your knowledge, You can even check Bank Terms & Conditions as well. COMPOUNDING CALCULATION IS IN APP ALREADY.
