Has worked well in the past but has stopped recognising registration numbers and can't manually select the vehicle make and model so have reverted to using the Web site.
heart to understand

I ordered a new battery through the app using my registration plate. After paying, I realised it wasn't suitable for my car. I received a refund, and they suggested an alternative. No discount was offered; if I wanted one, I had to order online and return it the next day. I give one star because this isn't the first time the app provided the wrong part.

Bad experience ❌. Don't use them. Paid online for click and collect. Got an email saying order will be ready to collect the next day by 10 am. When there next day at 1 pm. Waited in the queue of 3 people for 25 mins to be told that all parts have not turned up yet. So come and collect it later 😭 ❌
