Not only years ago they charged me €300 for a rim I didn't damage, but now when I've installed the app again, it keeps asking for missing permissions even though I gave it all permissions possible.
stalling, apps will not start seems trapped in a circle of death
Refund Scam. tried to get a refund for fuel I added before dropping car back. they say it's been processed but has not. Don't fill tank up much as you'll not receive tefinf. they won't respond to queries. Clearly this is a scam.
It's not the app, it's the service. First ever booking, the car doesn't even start. I just terminated my booking after speaking to phone helpline to try and sort it out. At least I am getting refunded but it kind of messed up my plans. Not sure I will use again
The service is good but the app sucks hard. It takes forever to open, especially if the internet connection is not strong (which may happen while travelling in a car), and it's full of bugs. They also charge an arbitrary 40€ admin fee just for sending an email to the Garda in case you get a ticket, and they refuse or straight up ignore you if you request any details about said ticket.

Finding vehicle availability is largely guess work. It would be easier to see when is actually available and choose from there. Additional fuel surcharge doesn't seem to have been removed despite fuel prices moderating. Vehicles are rarely, if ever, clean inside or outside.

App would not work leaving me to have to try again later. Only to find out, later, I would need to return to the van to place keys elsewhere or face fines. I am fine with the logic of this, but the app working when needed would result in me being able to do this then and there and not have to return to the van wasting an hour. Also, keys were left exactly where I found them. I am certain the previous driver left them there and no doubt probably paid a fine. But for me, they were left where found
