FIREARM INVENTORY Keep detailed firearm records including manufacturer, model, caliber, serial number, round count, value, notes, photos, accessories, documents, maintenance history, and more. Gunventory also recognizes common caliber relationships to help match compatible ammunition with your firearms. AMMUNITION INVENTORY Track ammunition by caliber, manufacturer, quantity, and other details. See what's in stock and which firearms can use it. Range Day can automatically deduct ammunition used during a shooting session. ACCESSORY MANAGEMENT Organize optics, lights, conversion kits, magazines, cases, and other accessories. Attach accessories to firearms, move them between firearms, or return them to available inventory. RANGE DAY Select firearms and available ammunition, record rounds fired, and let Gunventory update firearm round counts and ammunition quantities. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Track cleaning, service history, maintenance notes, rounds between cleanings, and personal maintenance intervals. Cleaning Center makes it easy to record work on multiple firearms. COLLECTION STATUS & HISTORY Keep historical records even after a firearm leaves your active collection. Record firearms as transferred/sold, lost, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise no longer possessed. Status history can include dates, transfer information, notes, supporting documents, and ID images. Historical firearms remain separate from your active collection and can be restored if they return to it. Export inventory data in CSV, TSV, XLSX, and ODS formats. Combined exports can include firearms, ammunition, and accessories together. Import tools provide field mapping, validation, and terminology normalization to help bring existing records into Gunventory. Exports can be saved to your device or supported storage providers available through Android, such as Google Drive. BACKUP & RESTORE Create customizable backups and choose which content to include. Backup size estimates and restore previews help you understand what is being saved or restored. Collection integrity tools can help identify certain missing or inconsistent records.
