Playback slider is terrible. I've used this for several years and it's always frustrating for me to the point to where I thought about getting different cameras just so I wouldn't have to use this software. You literally have to watch the entire playback just to get to where you want to be. This app has been out for so many years you would think that it would have been enough time for them to make playback at least usable.
By far the worst buggy app. Don't put your safety in their hands.
Perhaps the most user unfriendly, frustrating app I have ever used. This system cost me thousands of dollars and is completely useless. We had two car break-ins over the past year and it was impossible to review either of them. Do not rely on this system!
It's always been great. For the last few weeks, I cannot see video of the alerts while away from home. Any help is appreciated.
Jon with tech support a year ago fixed an issue with my cameras not loading on the app. It would not playback either. He stated playback wouldn't work with android but next update they would fix it. Still does not work over a year later. I can't wait to upgrade system so i can get a reliable app.

Helped with my security
I just downloaded the app and wasn't able to log in even so the password and username as an admin was and is correct. Useless for me I just paid for the app and can't use it. Want my money back and uninstall but wasn't able even to find any information about how to cancel.

Has had issues with the push server several time causing notifications of motion not to happen
Nope slowed my 📱
If I could give a minus I would. The app stopped working & I have been advised (by ICR helpline team) that the app is no longer supported?! Is this true?

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
