Discover and chat with people nearby using Bluetooth. Share social profiles.
Ever been at a crowded conference and wished you could instantly connect with the person across the room without searching for their LinkedIn? Or maybe you're at a music festival with zero cell service and need to reach someone nearby? **Meet Connect: The Future of Proximity-Based Networking.** Connect leverages cutting-edge Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to turn your smartphone into a powerful discovery tool. It bridges the gap between the digital and physical worlds, allowing you to identify, connect, and chat with people in your immediate vicinity—all without an internet connection, cloud servers, or data charges. --- ### 🚀 How It Works in 3 Simple Steps: 1. **Create Your Digital Business Card:** Set up a profile with your name and the social handles you want to share (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp). 2. **Scan the Room:** Hit "Discover" to instantly see a list of other Connect users nearby. 3. **Connect & Chat:** View their profiles, share your info, or start a peer-to-peer chat instantly. --- ### ✨ Key Features You’ll Love: * **Offline Discovery:** Find nearby users within 30-100 feet using low-latency Bluetooth scanning. No Wi-Fi or LTE required. * **Smart Social Sharing:** Stop typing out usernames. Share your social links with a single tap and let others follow you instantly. * **Encrypted P2P Chat:** Send messages directly to devices around you. Since it’s peer-to-peer, your conversations never touch a server. * **Lively Updates:** Real-time discovery updates ensure you see new people as they enter the room. * **Privacy First:** You are in total control. Toggle your visibility on or off, and choose exactly which social links are public. Your data stays on *your* device. * **Minimal Battery Drain:** Optimized BLE protocols ensure that staying connected doesn't kill your battery life. --- ### 📍 Where to Use Connect: * **Professional Networking:** Ditch the paper business cards at trade shows, seminars, and co-working spaces. * **Social Gatherings:** Meet new friends at parties, bars, or local meetups without the awkward "what's your handle?" dance. * **Travel & Commute:** Connect with fellow travelers on trains, planes, or buses. * **Events with Poor Service:** Perfect for stadiums, festivals, or remote areas where traditional apps fail. * **Classrooms & Campus:** A great tool for students to collaborate and share contacts during lectures. --- ### 🛡️ Built for Privacy: We believe your data belongs to you. Connect doesn't track your GPS location, sell your info to advertisers, or store your chats in the cloud. We use Android's location permission solely because it is a technical requirement for Bluetooth scanning. **Download Connect today and start discovering the people right in front of you!** --- ## Category Social / Communication
