Simple, calm, direct instruction in all the ways that matter. No fluff, no upsell, no gimmicks.
Developer reply
Thank you, this is exactly what we hoped to build. No fluff and no upsell is a real choice on our end, and it means a lot that it comes through for you. Glad the instruction lands simply and clearly. Enjoy the quiet.
excellent even without subscription

Thanks John, really glad the free library is doing the job for you. That is exactly what we hoped it would do. Enjoy the sessions.
I love the narrator and the themes for the guided meditations. Great value for the price, the free tier is also excellent.
Developer reply
Thanks so much, Morgan. Glad the narration and the range of guided meditations are landing for you, and that the free tier gives you plenty to work with day to day. Enjoy the sessions.
functions well even if you can't pay.
Developer reply
Thanks Jonah. That is exactly what we wanted the free tier to be: a full practice you can build without paying a cent. Glad it is landing for you.
I got into daily 20 Minute meditation with this app and I recommend it to my patients. I really like the simplicity of the meditations. It would be useful if patients could choose between a male and female voice.
Developer reply
Really glad the app fits into your daily routine, and it means a lot that you share it with your patients. Simplicity is what we aim for, so thank you for noticing. I will pass along your note about choosing between a male and female voice as well. Thanks for taking the time to write this.

This means a lot, thank you. So glad the app has been there for you when you needed it. Take good care of yourself.
I love this app. There are options for quiet contemplation as well as more verbally guided sessions. I often feel calmer. wiser and more grounded when I practice these sessions regularly.
Developer reply
Thank you, Sharon. Having both quiet, unguided sessions and more spoken ones was the goal, so I am glad the mix works for you. Calmer and more grounded with regular practice is exactly the point.
This is an essential part of my engrained daily rituals. The meditations suit my changing needs and the guide/narration calming and grounding. Great content and a must have for daily meditators.
Developer reply
Thank you, Romesh. Being part of your daily ritual is about the best thing an app like this can hope for. Glad the narration keeps you grounded, and that the sessions flex with what you need.
