there is no way to setup security authorization with HKID scan. the app only ask you to try agiain and again and again. what kind of bank would provide such a poor app.
I wanted to check fixed deposit rates but was asked to log off. Ridiculous!
Once I'm familiar with the procedure, it seems easier for me to lot in without problem.
Difficulty to login. Difficulty to activate new card. Unfriendly app.
needs to re log in every time you switch between apps, and login process is very slow. also doesn't let you copy information - either using copy and paste or screen shots.
Difficult to use. Can't find the item I want to see, e.g. which merchants have I arranged for autopay.
Very slow response and long handling time to access basic functions.
