keeps going back and forth won't let me get to the portal

App basically doesn't work. so far each time I have tried to open it, I have been forced to re-agree to T&C (which do not even display) and patient consent. I was also prompted to auto message the receptionist at my allergist each time. Can't scroll to enable biometric login, the toggle is stationary behind the lower menu bar of my phone. Forces you to enable notifications or app won't work. No way to turn them off. Absolute junk.
