it stopped working
Very poor customer service. My credit card was suspended without a clear reason, and despite updating my KYC, the issue remains unresolved. I visited the Head Office and waited an hour with no solution. NBK needs to seriously improve its customer service and complaint handling.
THE WORST ONLINE BANKING EXPERIENCE IS FROM NBK AND ITS APPS, I WASTED MORE THAN 4 HOURS MOVING BETWEEN NBK INTL APP, NBK MOBILE SECURE, AND NBK WEB AS WELL AS NBK CALL CENTER!! JUST TO TRANSFER MONEY INTERNALLY WITHIN NBK AMD THIS TOKEN NONSENSE REFUSE TO WORK!! JUST USE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATOR LIKE EVERYONE ELSE OR JUST MOBILE SMS OTP!! AM CANCELING MY ACCOUNT AS WELL AS MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT WITH YOU GUYS MY TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN YOUR GARBAGE ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

This app is a client punishment rather than security !!! If I get the OTP I have to keep a pen and paper to write it down until the bank app opens?!!! In which century are we living:((( Please apply OTP by message through the bank app ONLY. I'm suffering to make an online transfer!!!

أسوأ ابليكشن على الإطلاق. بدخل الكود صحيح ويقولي الكود خطأ. وكل مرة يقولوا اربط التوكين من جديد. لا يستحق ربع نجمة.
