what a fantastic product for someone looking for a app created by people that know nothing about pools. great way to lengthen your workers days with endless minute plus loading screens

It constantly logs me out. It freezes to the point where it won't respond to me preaching buttons. It's very slow to load previous jobs and information. It makes the camera clicking sound which is majorly annoying. I have had to create a new login because it just randomly deleted my account. There are many issues that need fixed for me to change my rating.

used it for awhile, always messing up, logging me out, or the report looks different and is less helpful then the last version. always dealing with this

absolutely horrible. crashing all the time and no one cares to address it. it's a time waste.

My company implemented this software last year and it is has been a great addition. It is very user friendly and my techs and co-workers were able to learn and start using the app very quickly. My customers have also come to appreciate the software as it has allowed more efficient communications to address all their inquiries.

I do not recommend this app or company to anyone at this point for the following reasons and from my experience. 1. Very little behind the scenes quality assurance as app updates can and often do break core functionalities that even the most basic pre-launch QA should and would catch. 2. Support is extremely unhelpful (if they feel like responding) when issues occur (and they will). 3. Expect to be treated as a beta tester rather than a customer and don't expect notice when something breaks.

Buggy often. Changing the sliders to specific inputs is infuriating most of the time. Cannot open phone number links to call customers when tapping the number, cannot long press to copy it to clipboard either. Pixel 6 Pro.

This app is very very horrible. Everyday it crashes. All the updates you guys do and this app still sucks. Time to give this app up. I rather do paperwork than deal with this app.
