The performance has deteriorated over the past month of use. After force closing and then restarting the app it fails to load. When dropping off my kid I have to restart the app about 10 times to finally get to the sign in page, at which point it carafes immediately afterwards.

Hello Jared. Sorry to see you are having trouble with the app. We have not heard from any other parent (over 25000) that they are having issues. Sometimes issues can be isolated to a particular phone especially when a new one comes out. We will test the app on the Pixel 6 Pro and provide an update if needed.

hi Gene, thanks for your review. We took feedback from parents that the app should show sign in-out activity for that day. So now when you sign, we show you Sign in/out activity for that day for all your children. Also, when you sign, there is a toast message instead of a pop-up which users found distracting. Thanks.

Hi Travis, have you registered using the unique key your child's school sent you? Until you do that, the app is not going to authenticate you. Please contact the school if you still can't register. Also, if you register using your unique key once, the app doesn't need to find you again.

Pathetic app. Just have to do one thing.. Sign-in and signout based on geofencing. And it doesn't so that properly. Sign pad doesn't come on, app doesn't show the status properly if kid is signed in/out. I can sign in multiple times and won't know if it worked.

Was working fine, updated before Christmas, now it won't open at all. Crashes immediately. Edit: I emailed customer service through their website. They responded quickly and let me know an update was being released. They emailed again on release, and the update appears to have resolved the problem.

Can't open after latest update. Crashes as soon as app is launched. Hard to imagine such a simple application to be so unreliable. It's not like the application has millions of features so difficult to test everything with each update.
