Builder App - Financial Control for Your Construction Projects Manage your construction projects with ease. Builder App was designed for site managers, contractors, and freelancers who need to record, analyze, and present the financial status of their projects from their mobile phones, without relying on Excel. What can you do with Builder App? Real-time KPIs Instantly view the financial status of each project: income, expenses, available balance, and cash flow updated with every transaction. From the project dashboard, you can access all actions grouped and organized. Revenue and Expense Recording Capture each transaction with category, line item, amount, account, date, and comments, in fewer steps and faster. Each transaction can be recorded in two modes: Scheduled (budgeted, pending) or Executed (completed and paid). The status updates automatically based on the amounts. For each transaction, you can: view complete details with version history, make partial payments, split transactions for better control, edit, duplicate to quickly capture similar transactions, revert a transaction from Executed to Scheduled if you entered it by mistake, and delete. With the advanced filter, you can find any transaction by category, account, status, or date, and see how many transactions match. Photographic Evidence Attach up to 3 photos per transaction to support each expense or income directly from your camera or gallery. Document Module Save and organize your project documents directly in the app: images, PDFs, plans, contracts, and building permits. Search by name, rename them, and share multiple documents at once. Available offline and with quick access from the project dashboard. Project Log Keep a construction journal with notes and share it with a single tap, including project data. Task Module with Kanban Organize your project tasks with a drag-and-drop board. Move cards between columns and keep track of progress. Financial Charts Visualize the distribution of expenses by category and the behavior of cash flow over time. Executive Reports in Excel Export the "Operations Details" of your project into a single Excel file, with general information, operations, and audit history, to present to clients or partners.
