updates after 6 pm are irregular buses are 20+ minutes late with no updates (especially after 5:30pm and during high commuting times )

Busses don't always show up on the app, and alerts for cancelations are often too late to work around. Other than that, it's fine.

this app is right on the money accurate almost 100% and easy to navigate. it is so nice not having to wonder if you already missed your bus or not.

I want to know what time the bus 68 stop playing back to the light rail

rarely malfunctions weekdays but weekends maybe. when theres no trip info yet it means the bus hasn't started that direction yet, or it more than a half off. so incredibly handy.

great app terrible company.... extremely rude and biast, racist employees most drivers ignore stop alerts and leave you inconvenienced, shows accurate times depending on the driver turning on the gps to track the ride and still tracks a bus that is not coming after it cancelled and just won't say there was a cancellation.....needs work ......money hungry unreliable outfit
