Data missing, several thousands of dollars in lost sales.

sometimes the app messes up. whenever I minimize the app it messes with my volume and sometimes exits the app before payment confirmation. these few little things if they were fixed would be a 5 star app.

Utter GARBAGE!! I don't know what changed, but auddenly this app is bringing up Goggle Wallet whenever I go to process a payment. It NEVER did this before, and finding out at a busy show that it's suddenly doing it is NOT the time for it to happen! And since my processor's help desk is CLOSED on weekends, that makes me even madder. Note: I'm still using this app, and it is STILL GARBAGE, along with the Chipper reader.

This app used to work well now it tells me everytime that I must have lost internet connection amd doesn't show if the charge went through or not. I have to wait for the email to come over to know if it went through or not. Please help.

The app is easy to use and is great if it works right. Recently it is glitching when producing the digital receipt and freezes up. I have to restart my phone to use the app again. Frustrating.

The new update is not working with Android. It won't connect to the reader. When I try to process a payment, it tells me I have no internet connection, I don't have time to manually enter it anyway with 15 people standing in line. It has cost me days worth of sales thus far. I'm going to need to look at other options if it's not fixed by Monday. 9/22/23- update...it's been almost a month, it's not fixed, "support" doesn't seem to be to worried about it. I'm out!

The app was working ok. This week my app updated and stopped being able to process payments "you have lost Internet connection" is the message I receive every time I have to run a payment. Now I'm manual entering transactions. If this isn't updated soon I'll be pulling my millions of dollars worth of credit card transactions and using someone else.
