Time Clock Wizard

Needed simple information showing an employer had changed my hours to avoid paying me what they legally owe me try to reach out to their customer service On the website the app And social media and by phone During the normal business hours And it's always the same message no one is available now I'm trying Google to see if they will respond I just need Metadata showing that they have changed my hours This should be simple for them today So I'm not understanding why they are avoiding responding

Time Clock Wizard is, BY FAR, the single worst app I have EVER had to use to punch a time clock. I can literally be sitting beside my router, and this useless piece of garbage app will STILL tell me there's "No Internet Connection!" (Even though I have 100+ GB of data each month), meanwhile EVERY OTHER APP ON MY PHONE still works without issue. Several of my coworkers have also complained about the same issue. I can't wait until we switch to House Call Pro or Jobber, something that works.

app always needs to be uninstalled and re-installed for it to Work And Sometimes Even That Dont fix it

EDIT: The app somehow got worse. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single time I want to use it, AKA TWICE A DAY! Well, before the recent update the app was at least usable. Now I have to press the log in button about 15 times for it to register, double press anything to have it actually accept, and the whole app looks messy now. Before it was easy to read and use, now it's basically a useless brick. Just use the computer version if you have no other choice, not worth it.

One of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune of using. Not one day goes by that it doesn't give me issues. multiple times a day if it is particularly bad.
