Innerworld: mental health help

There's a lot of diff groups. The guides are usually good & so are the other members. there's a number of mental health tools & lots of diff "worlds" to go in. I don't have VR, but I guess it's even better with VR goggles. I use this on my Android phone with few to no issues. I usually have it in portrait mode, though once or twice over the last 6 months it made me do landscape. I wish there was a link to the discord thing they talk about in the app, if it's there -I haven't found it. VA funded.
