Never got my purse I ordered. I work out of town and gone for 2 months at time there return policy is 45 days. I have my receipt the shoes are in the box never been worn tags still on them. I spent a lot of money on these shoes. but are to big. If I could not return I was okay with just get a pair that fits. I would drive to store no problem. but literally you think I asked for something unheard of. on phone with Ruth customer service.for hours on hold they told me I had to call another numbe
