Seems pretty very buggy. The game often forgets where you put people to work. For instance when you close the app, all to most of the assigned workers will be removed so you won't make any offline progress. Also, if you build something before the quest for it comes up, you will still need to collect all the resources for it again which can take awhile and on top of that it takes awhile for the quest to clear. Also, it keeps on asking to turn on notifications after I already said no
