Don't try and find a receipt after the fact. Don't expect for them to send your bags to their final destination. App is fine but horrible customer experience every time.
The American app has intelligent design collecting appropriate information step by step. other airline apps don't do that and my TSA Pre-Check number wasn't on my flight because I forgot to look for the place to enter it. American had it right in the flow of booking 👌
